By accessing or using Hockey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Hockey is operated by Hockey Labs, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

Hockey is a unified communication platform that allows users to send messages, make calls, share files, and collaborate with team members across multiple platforms and devices.

The service includes but is not limited to:

• Messaging and file sharing capabilities
• Voice and video calling features
• Integration with third-party services
• AI-powered assistance and translation
• Team management and collaboration tools

To use certain features of Hockey, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the service.

You agree not to use Hockey to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy commitments:

• End-to-end encryption for all messages and files
• Zero-knowledge architecture - we cannot read your messages
• Minimal data collection and transparent practices
• Your right to access, correct, and delete your data

The Hockey service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hockey Labs, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and share through Hockey. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

Hockey offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Third-party service disruptions
• Force majeure events

We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hockey Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

• You may delete your account and stop using the service
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California, and governed by California law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date
• We will notify you via email or in-app notification
• Changes become effective 30 days after notification
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
